Everything looks good, what I may changes is the type of memory, if you dont plan on overclocking i could go for corsair value select memory...are you planning this pc for gaming or apps?

You'd be OK with the OEM windows, but consider getting a retail HDD so you get a warranty. And the version of windows you have there I think is WAY overkill. At least get the standard version of XP (x32). I've heard a lot of horror stories with the 64bit version (driver incompatibilities). Personally I would get XP Home (x32) and save $220.

second with blue and Chiphizid, xp 64 is not necessary, there are very few programs that are 64 bit. Corsair Value performs the same as XMS unless your overclocking

Also....

I couldn't find a psu in your list. It looks like you want to go SLI in the future (SLI mobo), if thats the case, you need a SLI Certafied PSU. Here is a list of SLI certafied PSU's

If your a big gamer, I would highly recommend this monitor.

Considered the best 19" lcd for gaming. Toms hardware now uses it as thier reference monitor.

With the amount of money invested on a sound system, I don't find the sound card "necessary" per se - I would recommend ditching that altogether and using onboard/integrated sound on the A8N-SLI. I don't think you'll need a PSU cable splitter - unless you have a particular reason for purchasing it.

Hard Drive Warranty is quite a funny thing - OEM HDDs do come with a fairly long limited warranty through the manufacturer. I believe WD's OEM is three years.
