Looks like some nice parts there, but I've got a couple suggestions. First, the memory is the wrong standard. That motherboard supports DDR 3200 which is 184-pin modules and the memory you selected is 240-pin DDR2. Next is the power supply. That case is nice looking and all but I've never even heard of that brand of power supply. Might want to look into getting a supply by someone like Antec, Enermax, Enlight, or Sparkle (just to name a few). I was going to suggest dropping the dual-core processor because its rather useless right now, as most current programs aren't written to support the dual cores yet.....however, the single core Athlon64 3800+ with the Venice core is only about $30 less than that one, so whatever you want to do on that.

Consider dropping to the 3700+, save $50, it has a slightly lower clock speed but a bigger cache. Then consider spending $100 more on the 6800GT, I think you'll get even better performance with that, especially if you decide to go ahead and go SLI. Which you should try to find a case that lacks a PSU, and get a SLI-certified one now. The one that comes with the case isn't and you'll have to upgrade that anyways when you want to go SLI.
