Nice.
As long as you're not loading in alot of extras a good 400 watt power supply should work well but I'd want to see the brand and the model. I take it you've made sure the ram plays nicely with your motherboard?

Yeah, I've been running on my current system for 6 months or so... stuff gets outdated too quickly :-P. I haven't had a problem with anything hardware wise, so the transaction of ram, hard drive, cd drive, etc. should be fine.

You really need a 2.0 ATX Power Supply. That motherboard has PCI-E and needs a 24-pin connector. Your power supply most likely has a 20 pin connector. Plus, by not giving us the name of the power supply I am starting to think it is a generic low quality power supply. Here is a great value psu that would work great with your system

It's a 350w Sparkle... but the video card 'highly recommends' 400w...

Then I'd replace the power supply. Sparkles are good quality, but as said I doubt it's 24 pin.
Is your current ram PC3200? If not, that's going to be a bit of a bottleneck. |

I bought a 1gb stick less than 3 months ago, nearly positive that they both are at least 3200... is there a definite way I can check without pulling out the ram?

If you've got a good 24 pin power supply, as per everyone elses advice, then you're cleared for take-off.
