My Build

Okay, I finally got everything in order, so now i can order my parts for my first build ever. Basically I'm building a tough little cookie, not for gaming even though I did leave a spot for a 7800gtx later on if i wanted.
Here are my parts, please tell me if everything is compatible.

Case
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16811145050

PSU
XCLIO XClio 450BL 450W Power Supply - Retail

Mobo
ECS RS482-M754 (1.0) Micro ATX AMD Motherboard - Retail

CPU
AMD Sempron 64 3400+ Palermo 800MHz FSB 256KB L2 Cache Socket 754 Processor - Retail

RAM
CORSAIR ValueSelect 512MB 184-Pin DDR SDRAM Unbuffered DDR 400 (PC 3200) System Memory - Retail

HDD
Maxtor DiamondMax 10 80GB 3.5" Serial ATA150 Hard Drive - OEM

i've got CDRW, keyboard, mouse, monitor, and OS.

I am concerned for a few things, my mobo, and my sempron which has a 256 L2, will that show on my daily activities? i ofcourse do plan to upgrade in one year, maybe buy the top of the line CPU then and a video card. Is ATI Radeon X300-based 2D/3D good onboard video chipset?

im not expirienced so i cant say too much but definately go with at least 1 gig or ram. its pretty regular these days. and im pretty sure you can find some AMD 64s for around that price that are gonna outperform that CPU.

400-ish. I'm happy with build actually, the processors I checked for socket 754, the rest were OEM's. I didn't wanna touch in that field. Im just wanna know if im gonna be able to do everyday stuff, when i decide to do some light gaming then i'll upgrade (then maybe then i'll use the current cpu to oc, experiment, etc)

First thing to do is change out that ECS motherboard with something better...ECS is bottom of the barrel in terms of quality.

If you plan to upgrade the CPU later it's best to get a good motherboard now.
