NEw GRaphix card suggestions

yes my mom said i could get a new graphics card but i had to pay for half of it I could get 75$ so my budget is 150$ i guess,
i have an Agp slot.

I have:
512MB of memory(PC 2700) DDR SDRAM ?DIMM?
80GB WD HD
Intel 2.8 Ghz processor w/Hyper-Threading
MoBo Field Intel La Crosse D865GLC
And onboard video

i would go with the evga 6600gt
faster clock speeds
more pixel pipelines

NVIDIA 6600GT is the best buy in your price range.
