Upgrading, how does this look?

My current Mobo and VGA are APG. For Christmas I would like to upgrade to PCI-E. My Processer is a AMD 64 3200 (939). I was thinking about upgrading to this stuff right here (im a gamer).

VGA

Mobo

P.S.- I have a Creative Labs SoundBlaster sound card currently installed on my Computer, if I was to get this would it work with it?

Thanks.

Looking good! Should be a big increase from a 6600... Btw, if you plan on going with dual cards in the future, you'll need to get a SLI-certified power supply...but since you already have one, I think you can hold off on that until you need it.

My sound card is regular PCI slot correct? (I forget, im sure it is though...its been awhile) But im guessing almost all sound cards are all PCI neway.

Thanks btw, Im looking to go Dual Cards later in the future when I have some more money to spend on the computer, and I did't know I needed to buy a SLI PSU to do that either, thanks for telling me, but yeah, my Antec is serving me very well now and I think it will be fine, after all almost all my stuff in my computer is no more than 10 months old. For now I think I will be good with this card and just upgrading to PCI-E peroid, in essence APG is basicly "out of date."

Make sure you backup any files you intend on keeping once you install the new mobo and video card. You might have to re-install windows. It depends on the mobo, sometimes your original install will still be ok and sometimes it won't.

How old is that sound card? I'm sure it's PCI though...unless it's really old.

EDIT: If it's the Audigy2 in your sig, then yes, that's PCI, and will work in the new motherboard.
