Question Rebuild? Missing file ks.sys.....

I have a rebuilt unit that is not giving me sound. I try to reinstall driver for pci audio (onboard) and it tells me the following files are missing to install Windows Millinium and press ok. The files do not seem to be on the WinMe disc. I also tried my Win 98 disc to see if the needed file was there.

The info for the driver is ViaAC'97 audio controller (WDM)

Files are as follows
ks.sys
ksproxy.ax
ksuser.dll

After the unit searches internet for the driver (states ready to install the best driver) I get the error the files are missing and I click skip the files it will cause the cp to freeze up and then when I reboot it still is needing the files adn drier up-datet.

Mobo id that I could read is CM33 Rev.A2 any Idea who made?

Any Ideas to fix would be appreciated.

Thanks, Strowhat (Chuck)

You should be able to find the drivers at VIA or Realtek
