looking for a 939 mobo, any suggestions?

Hey guys, I'm looking for a socket 939 motherboard in the $90-150 range. I won't need SLI, and I guess that just makes the mobo more expensive. I just want something quite, preferably without a chipset fan, and something stable. I'm new to building, so I won't be overclocking anything right away, but when I do start to overclock, I would like a mobo that can easily do it.

Any suggestions?

Thanks

EDIT: I'm interested in the ABIT AN8-ULTRA (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...2E16813127212). Anyone have any experience with it?
