Query registry failed and wrong processor speed.

"Query Registry Failed. Please check with manufacturer". This is the error message I get after booting into Windows XP desktop. This message is by VIA, not Windows.
Other than this, PC is running fine. This came about after I replace the old motherboard (VIA Apollo PRO 133) with a new motherboard (VIA Apollo 133T chipset).
Processor is P3 Tualatin. All other hardware unchanged.

Via 4-in-1 drivers are installed (tried both the older via 4-in-1 and the Hyperion 4-in-1), no device problem reported.

Another problem is bios reported processor as P3-305Mhz but windows and Belarc advisor reported it correctly (P3-1.2Ghz)

Latest bios flashed. Board is EPOX EP-3VSA

Advice appreciated on these 2 problems.
