List of Parts for Son's Xmas Gift

I am building a computer for my son. He likes to play Battle Field 2 and Call of Duty. This is what I am thinking of for the guts of the system:

Mobo- Gigabyte Ga-K8u Socket 754 model #GA-K8U
Video Card - eVGA 128-A8-N350 Geforce 6600GT 128
Power Supply - Raidmax RX-380K ATX12V 380W
CPU - AMD Athlon 64 3000+ Newcastle 800MHz FSB Socket 754
RAM- one 256 DDR DM 184k
one 256 ddr Pc 333

The RAM is something that my other son has left over from another build.

Your thoughts are much appreciated.

Thanks

What kind of budget do you have?

Might consider switching to a S939 board and processor and PCI-E. This will keep his upgrade options open in the future. S754 and AGP are dead-ends.

That's a horrible quality power supply, sorry for $15 you won't get anything worthwhile. Here's something a little better:

Better safe than sorry (don't want the cheapo power supply dieing and taking out part of the system with it).

If it's within budget, I'd consider picking up a little more RAM.
