welcome

most likely you need to reset your cmos battery
there should be instructions on your motherboard manual on how to do this
either that or you may need a new one

as to what your problem is im not really sure you might want to talk to a therapist about that

Turn the computer off and go read the motherboard manual...the section on setup and the section on the BIOS. You want to check if there are any jumpers to set prior to first boot up.

Turn the computer back on and enter the BIOS and see what it says about your CPU.

Sometimes the first time you boot up you'll get that message. The second time you boot up it should be okay because the BIOS has detected the CPU and placed the information in memory.
