Network Card ( Onboard LAN Network (Gb or 10/100) )

with this mobo " MSI K8N Neo4 Platinum-SLI nForce4-SLI Chipset w/7.1 Sound, Dual Gb LAN, S-ATA Raid, USB 2.0, IEEE 1394 PCI-E MB"

will the "Network Card ( Onboard LAN Network (Gb or 10/100) )" work with the D-link router I have thats running my home network?

also, is this fairly upgradeable? will i be able to keep putting new parts into it rather than buy a new system?

The ethernet should be just fine.
You can figure about 3 years of upgradeablity for that mother board but there is always a new technology or standard that can make a motherboard not fully upgradeable.

Don't get that power supply. You will need one that is SLI-certified if you want to use SLI.
