For the memory, Cosair is pretty popular around hear because of the inexpensive price and the good performance.

As for your sound card, I believe the Creative Soundblaster X-Fi and Audigy2 ZS are held in high reguards. They will run about $150-$200 (American). But, give us a budget and it will help us decide on a card for you.

When selecting memory you should check with the motherboard manufacturer to find out what is recommended for your particular board. That said, Corsair Value Select works very well with ASUS Nforce 4 boards. As for sound, your motherboard's onboard sound isn't too bad, but if you want to upgrade, the Soundblaster X-FI that's about $120 is a nice card.

I agree, that motherboard's integraded sound works great. But if you have the ~$120 to spend, go for it.

Cosair ValueSelect RAM will work fine for that board. I also recall seeing Samsung memory and Kingston memory on QVL for that board.
