need help with tivo problem

Hi this my 4th build and i've still got a few problems trying to get eveything as it should be .
One being trying to get a video -in through my Tivo on my 7800gtx card
my manual say that the vgart & wdm drivers only appear on the installation driver cd when you have a tivo card and i am not getting those features up when installing off the cd
i have tried to manualy install drivers and it and they did install but can't find any trace of them plus the installation did not seam to be correct anyway lots of window warning messages poping up uninstall everything and started again but just got the same config as before
Got forceware v.81.89
Can it be my asus7800gtx top pci-x which i thought is a tivo card is not a tivo enable card how can i find this out ?
any thoughts would be great
