If you are going to get a Crossfire motherboard, and want to use Crossfire, you'll have to get an ATi video card, or get an SLI board. Crossfire for ATi cards, and SLI for nVidia.
Keep in mind that if you want to go with Crossfire or SLI, you will have to get a SLI-certified power supply. http://www.slizone.com/object/slizon..._powersupplies I'd go with a DVD-Burner for $20 more...you never know when you might want all the capabilities.

Those parts look good.
Next time when you post links to parts can you put the brand name and model of the part besides the link? I really don't like to click on links just to see what parts are being considered. Thanks. Cricket

I'm just saying it'd be silly to get an ATi card on a SLI board since you couldn't run two ATi cards on it. In that article, there are two different setups, one SLI board and one Crossfire board and nVidia and ATi dual cards used on those boards respectively.
