Sound Card

What is a good/ Cheap Sound Card. That can support surround sound.

I would go with Creative Labs. I've used SoundBlaster Live! with no problems for years. Audigy 2 Value might be a good choice.

What motherboard are you using/thinking of using? Check to see what kind of on-board sound is available.
