Should I go with AGP 8x or PCI XPress 16x?

I was building a new computer for gaming and i wonder what i should go with
AGP or PCI 16x?

PCI-e all the way. AGP is fast becoming replaced. No sense building something with outgoing technology. And I fixed your title.
