Depends on the system you're buying the power supply for. What are the specs? Do you need a SLI certified power supply? And don't buy a power supply based on looks, buy one that is known to provide clean steady power to the computer.

I'd get the SeaSonic.

Not sure on the difference in the cards, sorry.

As far as the PSU, all are good. The XClio is the "budget" choice around here, nice unit, decent price. I have the Antec, and it is a great unit. I've had zero problems. The good and bad with it is it is modular, which some folks dislike because the connections offer a point of resistance which could affect voltages. I think this is more of a problem on cheaper PSU's than on this unit. Mine has been excellent all the way around, and I'd buy it again. I like not having to hide extra cables. Seasonic makes top notch PSU's as well, but as you can see they carry the price tag.

What are the demands on your system (vid card, # of HDD's, opticals, case fans, etc). I think that will help guide your selection. As mentioned by Cricket, if you are using SLI you want an SLI PSU and I don't believe the SeaSonic is and I know the other two aren't. Personally, depending on demands and budget, I'd grab the Antec as the nicest combo of price/power/quality, but any of them should do a nice job.
