Hello
Hey guys, im new here....nice to be a part of this community.
I just built my own pc and I have a question for those who might have been through this or anyone who can help me. When i turn on my power supply all the fans inside of my computer turn on without the power button on the front of the computer even being on. The gfx card fan goes on, the pci slot fan goes on, the 120 and 80 mm fans go on, and the CPU fan goes on. So do you see what Im saying? the fans are going on when I want them to be turned on by the front of the computer without having to turn off the power supply just to shut the fans off. Also the only fan that is directly connected to the mother board is my CPU fan, everything else is connected to the power supply. any suggestions? |

Try this:
http://forum.pcmech.com/showthread.php?t=132409 You are trying to see if the motherboard is shorting out with the case or a stray strandoff. Also, could you post the full specs (by brand and model) of this system?
