I tried to install the drives from the mobo CD but since I have no mouse to click on things I couldn't do much with the CD, I tried to only use the keyboard but the program in the mobo CD doesn't let me chose anything using the keyboard for some reason

What kind of mouse? Is it USB or PS/2? Do you have an old mouse you could use for the time being? You need to get the chipset, sound, and video drivers installed.

I tried 2 different mice, one is Logitech cordless and the other is a generic mouse that isn't cordless, both of them are USB though. The computer ditects them but give me an error that it could not install them. I tried them on another computer they worked fine. I had a windows XP home on this PC before I Installed the windows XP Pro, and with the Home Edition the mice and all the devices worked fine...
