New Build, No Boot

Hey Guys,

This is my first post on these forums but I've been browsing a long time and you guys seem to be the experts in my problem.

I've built a brand new system, here are the specs:
Motherboard: Epox 9NPA +SLI
CPU: Athlon 64bit 3500+
Video Card: Nvidia 6600 LE
HDD: Maxtor 160GB
RAM: 1GB Dual Channel Corsair
Any additional info needed can be provided.

Here's my problem, I've got all the components setup properly, I've double and triple checked it but whenever I boot up I always get the same error codes on my motherboard: 7F or FF. If I get 7F it can be solved by pressing the F1 key on my keyboard but I can never seem to get past the FF error. I've tried clearing CMOS multiple times to no avail also. Here's the kicker to my problem, I haven't been able to get my display working with this setup yet; I always have a black screen when I boot up. When the computer does boot up there is a single beep from the internal speaker but that's about it. Any Ideas? And please reply quickly this computer is meant as a Christmas gift and parts just began arriving today. Thanks very much for your help guys!

Update: The video card was the problem. Substituted in another one and everything booted up correctly.
