PS and Motherboard

I have this motherboard below and I was wondering if that PS also below would work with that motherboard... the PS has no Dual +12v... Do i need that with this motherboard???

I'd give that PSU a miss, XG are not on the list of quality manufacturers (see the power supply reference thread at the top of the general hardware forum).

For great quality at a bargain price, check out the X-Clio 450w...ATX2 specs and dual 12v rails.

Regarding those, having 2 rails provides a much more stable system because the CPU and other devices are not competing for the same power.

Unfortunately, it appears the XClio 450W is out of stock at Newegg.
