Not quite sure if the SLI board is needed since I won't be using SLI, but it seemed like a good deal.

If you aren't going to use SLI, get a non-SLI board.

That power supply is awfully light for the build...A 430W Antec would be better. I'd look at a 450W power supply from Antec, Enermax, FSP (Forton Source), Seasonic, or XClio.

No need to get XMS RAM unless you want to do serious overclocking. Get some regular Value Select.

I wouldn't even bother with such a cheap sound card...the onboard sound is probably just as good.

Don't forget an operating system (like XP Home OEM).
