blue screen

i finished my build recently to a few problems. Now that it is seemingly working perfectly i have a new problem. After about 20 minutes of the computer being on it goes to a blue screen and than restarts automatically. I do not have time to read the blue screen. (It flashes very quickly). Upon restart there doesnt seem to be any problems. If it helps here are my system specs.
mobo- asus A8N-sli premium
video card-geforce 7800 GTX
power supply-550w cooler master
hard drive- wd 160 gb sata
ram-2 gb ddr400
the only thing i could think of that could be the problem would be something to do with the ram. Upon first installing everything i had 1 512 stick in. But upon completion of windows installation i put in the other 2 sticks.

Disable the Automatically Restart option in Startup and Recovery. Hit the Windows key and the Pause/Break key together. This brings up the System Properties box. Click on the Advanced tab and then click on Settings button in the Startup and Recovery section. Uncheck Automatically restart and click Okay. Click Apply and Okay.

Next time you get the BSOD the system won't reboot.

Post the error message in the BSOD here.

i stopped getting the blue screen recently. But than a few minutes ago i got the errror again. The blue screen said to the effect that i had installed a program and it needs to be removed. It said i should start computer in safe mode and remove it. I have no idea what program would be causing this. The only thing i have installed in the last day is bit torando. But i have recieved this error before installing this program.
