Everything looks good. If you are using this for gaming you can save $$ by going down to a 3500 or 3800 venice core Athlon 64. The X2 will run a little slower and performs better at heavy multi-tasking.

I'm not sure about the Atrix power supply. Make sure the PSU is a 24 pin ATX 2.0 PSU and not a 20 pin and not on a list of PSU's to avoid. I would suggest either Antec or Enermax for stability and long term life.

The WD2500JD is an older 8MB cache Hard drive. Go with the WD2500KS 16MB cache SATA drive. They are only a few bucks more and a little faster.

These are only suggestions, ultimately you need to get what you like the most.

BTW the Coolermaster case is really cool. Im very happy with mine.
