Question Xmas Bonus!!

Ok, i have my final build, and I was wondering what people think of it? The only thing I am not sure about is the mobo, anyone tried this one? The memory is the one say Asus says to choose with this board, or does anyone have a better idea?

Memory - Corsair 2GB DDR XMS3500LL Pro TwinX (2x1GB) CAS2
Mobo - Asus A8N32-SLi Deluxe AMD Athlon 64 Socket 939 Motherboard
CPU - AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual-Core 4800 2.4Ghz Socket 939
Power - Seasonic S12 600W Silent ATX2.0 Power Supply
Cooler - Gigabyte GH-PDU21-MF G-POWER PRO Universal Cooler
Disks - 2x Samsung SpinPoint 250GB SATA II Hard Drive SP2504C OEM
Graphics - XFX GeForce 7800GTX Extreme XXX Edition 512MB GDDR3 VIVO
Case - Antec P180 Advanced Super Midi Tower (NO PSU) (Black)

Thanks

Never heard any issues about that motherboard. Very nice build. I want to get one of those 512MB vide cards ... Just aren't available here, and the shipping on one would double it's cost. I am not a fan of Samsung harddrives - if I were you I would switch those to either Seagate or Western Digital drive. You didn't list Opticals... do you have those picked out already?

Looks good but drop the cooler and go with the factory cooler from AMD to keep from voiding the warranty. The memory is okay.

You will love the PSU and The A8N32-SLI Deluxe motherboard. The only kick I had against the Antec case is the door which you will have to open every time you turn on the computer or each time you need to switch a disk in the optical drive....I went with a Cooler Master 532 for this reason. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16811119094
I don't know if the 512 mb 7800GTX is worth the extra $$ over the 256 mb version as I have yet to make the BFG 7800 GTX OC even cough or stutter playing Quake 4 COD or COD2, but if you have the money and do not need the slots the larger card will take up then go for it.
