Help me with my Build

I am considering Antec for my PSU and i need to know a good wattage amount to go for. i am going to be using the PC for mostly strategy and RPG style games, with the occasional shooter or adventure. any advice on the matter?

At least 450W for this build (maybe more if you want to be safe, but 450W should be fine).
