new hardware

Do you already have a CPU and RAM for that board? Sure they're compatible?

I'd look into a case with a better PSU. Something Antec, Enlight, Fortron, PC Power & Cooling, or maybe Thermaltake. There's a PSU FAQ Thread you may want to read.
