Postscript to a Build

First of all, thanks for the help from everyone. It was great.

The system is buttoned up & humming along and I'm watching the no-workload temperatures in the BIOS holding at:
CPU1 55C
CPU2 57C
Ambient 33C

AMD's page calls out a max "case temp" of 70C which seems pretty excessive but what do I know.

Questions:
Do the temps above seem within normal or safe range?
Is there an app/utility out in the world to display/monitor the temps and fans from Windows and not the BIOS screens?

Lastly (for the moment) I will have a lot of apps and image files to move over to the new machine. Is anyone familiar with PC Replicator from Alohabob.com? Is it worth the $69?

Ken
