No Display, No Beep, No CD-ROM

This is my first build and I cant get any display, any beep, and I dont believe my CD-ROM is getting power. Im running dual processors and I have checked already to make sure they are both seated firmly. My computer speaker is hooked up correctly, so I should hear a beep. The graphics card Ive swapped with another, and the monitor I have swapped. Ive also cleared the CMOS jumper and I still dont get video. My 4 PIN connector for the AGP is a molex to 4 PIN ATX12V, which could be my problem, but my power supply was suppose to include the 4PIN ATX12V connector, but they didnt, so I had to order a adpater on my own. I really dont know what to do if it is my 4 PIN ATX12V connector because im pretty sick of ordering Power Supplys. The fans all work and it sounds like the HD is working aswell.

Have read of this thread and try the "out of case" build.

No I havent done that because I figured that only needs to be done when your not getting any power at all. Like when somethings being grounded.

It is a check to see if anything is grounding to the case and stopping the motherboard from posting/starting.

Ok, I ran it out of the case and I still get the same results. Ive narrowed it down to two possibilities. My motherboards dead or my 4 pin ATX12V adapter is not working properly. Is there anyway to test my 4 pin adapter to make sure its working? before I purchase another mother board??
