error message

My final problem (I hope!).
When installing the drivers for the video card,the message below popped up:

System Setup.Log - C:\Windows\Setuperr.log

Error:
Setup had problems registering the following OLE control DLL:
C:\Windows\System32|inipki.dll


The signature code for Windows XP Setup is invalid. The error code is80096001. A system level error occurred while verifying trust.

Fatal Error:
Setup failed to install the Products Catalogs. This is a fatal error. The setup log should contain more information.


Now, when it boots to the main screen there is a box on the screen that says:

cli.exe - application error
The application failed to initialize properly (0xe0000135).
Click on OK to terminate the application.

Any suggestions?

I fixrd the problem. I uninstalled the program then reinstalled it. Works great now.
