need to know what hard drive to use with this mother board

Hi there i just got this mother board few days ago but i need help finding a hard drive that works with it i want about 250GB or 300GB if you can help me please give me some links of a few good hard drives thanks

You can go with any standard IDE harddrive, or you can use a serial ATA harddrive for that board. I've gotten great deals on Maxtor brand harddrives and never had a problem with one.

Yes sir that one would work. The only ones you may run accross that you could not use are called SCSI harddrives..

there are three main standarts at this time ide, sata, and scsi.

ide has been the standart for ten years or so, but is being phased out by sata,
sata is a serial type of interface and because of this the cables are about an inch wide. is comes in two speeds 150 and a newer 300 (3Gbs). ur mobo supports both.

This Western Digital has the same specifications as the maxtor you linked to, same price range and a little better manufacturer.
