Boom Front Panel Audio HELP or I will go CRAZY

I hope someone can help.

I have a Axio ATX715 case that has front panel audio with these wires:

(blue wire) L OUT
(green wire) R OUT
(yellow wire) GND
(orange wire) MIC IN L
(red wire) MIC IN R
(brown wire) GND

This is what my mobo says for JAUD1:

1.AUD_MIC
2.AUD_GND
3.AUD_MIC_BIAS
4.AUD_VCC
5.AUD_FPOUT_R
6.AUD_SPEAKER_R
7.HP_ON
8.key (there is nothing here)
9.AUD_FPOUT_L
10.AUD_SPEAKER_L

Right now, there are jumpers on 5&6 and 9&10 in order to have signal output to the rear audio. First ? is, how do I match these up and second ? is, if I take the jumpers off and hook the front up, will the back not work anymore? I would like both to work since I have speakers hooked up to the back and I want the front for headphones and mic.

MSI does not seem to have the motherboard manual available online, because I wanted to see if I could help you there with those jumpers, but I could not find online access to motherboard manual. The front connectors you should be able to decipher OK, and even if you have to play around a bit to get them right, it shouldn't hurt anything. There are the 2 R & L speaker outputs, of which you'll use one of and the mic input which if you have a mic just connect that up to 1 & 2.

This is the link to my motherboard:

http://www.msi.com.tw/program/suppor...UID=615&kind=1

I think you can get all the info you need here. I wish I knew what it meant.

And thanks for trying to help me.

the wires coming from the case should be labeled and the manual from your mobo should have a diagrahm

Match up speaker leads to one of the speaker outputs either R or L. and if you have a mic hook them to the 2 mic output leads. I don't think polarity even matters.
