Looking for feedback on my proposed build

Hello, I'm looking for feedback on the following build list for a semi-cheap gaming machine. I'm trying to keep it under $700 or so if possible and will be transferring the hard drive, optical drive, operating system, monitor, speakers and keyboard/mouse from my current machine. I'll be adding a bigger hard drive and better optical drive in the future as needed.
This will be my first homebuilt machine and I'm looking primarily for confirmation that everything is compatible but would love to hear your suggestions on better component choices as well.

You are getting an SLI board but an ATI graphics card. SLI only works with nVidia graphics cards. If you aren't planning on using SLI, why pay more for that feature?

I would ditch the Biostar board. I'd recommend an Asus board.

If you are doing SLI, you will want an SLI-approved PSU.

Potentially save money by dropping to 1GB of RAM for now. It will help towards a higher quality motherboard and an SLI-Certified PSU (find the list in the FAQ of www.slizone.com). If you decide to do this, go for a 2x512 dual channel kit.

You can always add more later.

You will also need to get a new Operating system.
The liscense for your name brand systems load of windows is tied to the specific machine it came with and can not legally be moved to another build.
