Does the motherboard come with a custom plate so it matches up perfectly? or should i just take the plate off when i get it. the case the motherboard

The motherboard should come with an I/O Shield included in the box. Replace the one that comes with the case with that one.
If you look at the second picture on the motherboard page you linked to, it is the rectangular thing just above the CD.

Welcome! Why did you pick a socket 478 motherboard? Kind of old technology. The motherboard should come with its own I/O Plate, they are kind of weak but will do unless you force your motherboard.

Is this a OEM or retail board? The OEM may not include the back plate.
