Amd 64 3200+
I built a system with a AMD 3200+
Booted it up and after about 15-20 min it will shut off PSU temperature was at 68c -----Cut off With the Roswill 500W power supply Is this a overeating Problem, i just dont know, when i put the heat sink on the processer there was a small grey, what looked like a piece of tape, i assumed that was the thermal conducter so i cclamped it down and lether go, but now im comming to the conclusion that i was supposed to put Thermal Paste on the processer. -------------------------------------------------------------------------- I took the risk of taking apart my Processer, because of a sudden shut down suspected of overheating, and this is what i found, there is more information in my other post and the other 3200 64 Overheating posts, But heres what i found. My pictures are posted in this site http://p3.forumforfree.com/***-proce...alsoldier.html There waht do i do next, can someone give me a toutorial on how to fix this, thanks AMD 64 3200+ 1000FSB |
