Well my new build is up and running and i got to say this has been far the best computer i have owend every thing loads up great and fast like i wont it to do. How ever i have several problems with it i do not know how to get SLI to work, my floppy drive does not wont to read disk but i think it is eaither a bab drive from the batch or i hooked it up wrong (shrugs). From some reson my World of Warcraft is choppey like he#^ F.E.A.R. and Far Cry run great and i get no lag in both games. Also my LAN cable keeps on makeing me press F1 to resume so i can get to windows but i disabled it for now and that solved that problem. So any help with these three problems woul be great full. and thanks to everyone to help me out and decides on which parts and what not to buy

yea interesting spelling choices... sometimes you can put your floppy cable in backwards as they aren't keyed like most ide cables, usually the light on the floppy drive will stay on if it's hooked up wrong (in my experience). the LAN cable problem sound like a bios setting but I've never heard of that F1 problem. make sure you have the latest driver's from nVidia or Ati for the video card problem, it could help things. please post your systems spec's as this would help a lot in troubleshooting for you

My specs for my computer are in my sig. I did talk to a tech at XFX asked why i was not getting the bios enter page and the XP load screen found out i had my LCD plug up in the wrong card, but i get both vedio cards in the nvida display screen but no SLI enable he said i will have to update the drivers for the cards to be able to work on SLI but it kinda sucks sence i have dial-up but i am takeing it to my moms office to put it on high speed and download everything i need. As for the Floopy drive i have a Samsung slim combo FDD and i am useing a round floppy cable for it.

you guys must mean my spelling for hell

if you have a USB Memory Key or her computer has a CD burner you could download everything there and save it/burn it instead of taking your whole computer there. just a thought

the floppy connector has pins missing on its left side. that side has to be the side closer to the power plug.

Not necessarily - floppy drive pin 1's are not standardized.

another thing you could check for the floppy is a bios setting. WHen I got my Asus board which is almost the same as yours, the default "legacy drive" on the first screen of the bios settings was set to something like 2.44mb drive not a 1.44. could make a difference i guess
