2000 dollar budget comp, last check

So... I won't be able to build the rig on my sig for like another few months which is a big big dissappointment. Then this showed up, my friend's bday is comin up and from his current rig i get to keep it if i help him build his comp aprox. $2000

So about 2000... its pushin it over or below... anyways I need to check if this seems like a good comp, its gonna be used for gaming and yes im aware that I only have one GTX in it, later he plans to add the same one so for now he wants to have a single one.

Anyhow, im wondering if I'm missing anything, I have the OS and monitor, speakers, soundcard, and case

looks good to me too. Only thing you may want to consider is the WD 250gb drive, for 7 dollars more you could get the one with a 16mb cache and SATA II interface. just got one today, still waitin to set it up i'll probably post at the end of a thread i have going now how I like it. here's the link http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16822144701

edit: that powersupply is really expensive. I bet it's a really nice one but there's a few I am sure are just as good for a good 50 bucks less. either way

hmmm yea i think ill get him that lol... oh yea... power supply... well i dont know which one, i trust eermax (my bad on spelling) but like i had problems with antec... so i jus kinda stuck with it lol

This 550 watt Antec PSU is SLI certified and costs a lot less than that Enermax.

if u have the money get a PSU with PFC. it can save u serious coin on the electric bills.
