please help
 I installed a hard drive, the next day when i turn it back on, an error coming up saying that NTLDR is compressed Press Ctrl+Alt+Delete to restart. i do it and it keeps giving me the same thing. I cannot boot from a windows cd. i cannot use console. i cant do nothing.

Please do not crosspost. You posted this in 4 different forums, that's not how we do things here. Post in ONE forum, you will get plenty of help.
