I'm a new builder. I have a ASUS mobo A8N SLI Deluxe which I'm installing into an ATX mid tower Enlight case, EN 7254, with 350 W power supply.
My problem is: I have P1 installed, and one chassis fan. My question is: the power connectors are are labeled P2, P3 etc, where can I find the codes for these. Thanks, Words 'n Stats |

Hi Words 'n Stats
If you don't mind me saying that power supply seems a bit on the ...weak side , I don't mean to be rude by saying that i just understand from all i read here and other forums that the power supply is a very very vital part of the machine . Please do not take offence by that i just wanted to point it out . Im sure you will get all the help you need here as the guys are very friendly and know computers ...inside ..and out . The Enlight power supply is not designed for PCI-E boards, much less SLI. You need to replace it. If you are ever going to use SLI, you need a SLI-certified power supply. You need an ATX 2.0 spec unit with a 24 pin main power connector, that Enlight is most likely just a 20 pin.
The numbering is pretty much immaterial. |
