Well we will need a few things first.

Budget?
Use of computer (gaming, editing, wordprocessing)?

We can make an infinite list of possible hardware for buidling a PC, but when you help narrow down what you need - it makes it a lot easier.

We don't have a canned parts list. Too many variables and personal opinions.

Actually I have already built a working PC, but recently I’ve had MAJOR issues (if your interested I’ll let you know about it). I have narrowed the issue down to my mobo, which I got as a bundle deal at Fry’s in town (CPU: AMS 64 3200+ and an ECS elitegroup 755-A2 mobo), so I’m just looking to see what you all recommend to go out and buy and see what happens, <100 dollars. Mostly the PC is for media purposes and slight gaming. Something with multiple SATA drives at least 2. Two to three RAM slots, DDR format. 8x1 AGP, 24 pin power connection, 4 PCI expandable slots, and 754 CPU socket. I’m just going to see if there an equivalent mobo expect better quality.

Only 20 pin on the psu connector but it takes care of the rest of your requirements.

ECS is not the board to buy and Fry's is not the place to shop.

yep I know Fry's is not the place to get stuff, but a buddy of suggested it and he mentioned that he would help me out if I get into problems and he left me high and dry, so he got the kibosh. Any how I didn't mean suggested "parts" list what I wanted to type was "suggested manufactures" list... You know like for power supplies, mobo, etc. I know I saw a link somewhere, but I can't find it. It has the suggested suppliers in BOLD.

Thanks red for the suggestion...

Describe the problems you're having in detail and any error messages shown.

Post the complete specs of your computer. List the parts by brand and model including the power supply.
