case and motherboard compatibility

im building my first computer, and have basic knowledge, but i need help on this one thing

the case i bought is the xoxide purity case ( http://xoxide.com/x-purity-case-lcd.html ) and its got two usb ports, mic and line out ports, and one firewire port. Off of these inside the case are the cables with all the little connectors coming off of them.

My question, do motherboards come standard now a days with connectors for all of these, or do i need to find a motherboard with certain extras, and if so can someone link me to such a board. The connectors that come from each cable are as followed:

(x2)USB: +VCC, +D, -D, and GROUND

FIREWIRE: TPA+, TPA-, GND, GND (again) TPB+, TPB-, and VCC\

MIC and LINE OUT: spkout L, spkout R, return L, return R, MIC Bias, MIC in, GROUND,

so far i have not seen a board that says it has all the required pins for this, but again, im probably behind the times when it comes to motherboards, and help would be greatly appreciated, thanks

Most boards from reliable companies like ASUS come with the ability to connect the front panel ports. When a Mobo Specs sheet says it can support up to 10 USB - that means it comes with a few on the board already and the pins for being able to add on more USB ports (such as the front panel ones). I am not sure about Firewire being standard these days. Which motherboard are you looking at?

Boards and cases from quality makers use Intel standard connectors for the front panel hookups.
Most of the junk makers don't.You will need to find a motherboard that has connections for whatever you have on the front of the case and want to use then match up the individual wires to the correct places on the board.
Compare the motherboard manual to the case manual and you should be able to figure them out.

i am going to buy a motherboard with intel compatibility. Would by any chance a pci card for firewire (or usb) have the pins i need to connect these? because as far as i can see, there are no motherboards that offers this for firewire. and what about the mic and audio out? would the sound card have pins?

When looking for a mobo, check the specs for "On board 1394 connectors". This is the proper terminology for firewire. Here's a board that does have that connector, as an example.

Your front panel audio connectors normally work best with a separate sound card. Many onboard sound connectors are configured to offer either rear speaker connection or front panel connection but not both.
