im going to use it for gameing and windows media center.

A 9800 Pro or XT will work just fine. I woudent go with a top of the line AGP card such as the X800 Pro because if you intend to upgrade to a 64 Bit CPU anywhere in the near future you will need to replace your card with a PCI Express model.
