Is this build ok?
I need some advice on this build, so far I have come up with this but I am not sure about the motherboard.

one comaptibility issue. you can't have a socket 754 cpu with a socket 939 motherboard

Ok, I hadn't noticed. Well I think the Msi mobo isn't a reliable one so is there another better such as a ASUS?

The ASUS A8N SLI is a 939 socket SLI motherboard.
But you would (like mentioned above) need to get a 939 socket CPU. If this is going to be for Gaming - you might want to consider 1GB of RAM rather than 512MB - that would yield a nice performance boost in games like Battle Field Two.
