Is this build ok?

I need some advice on this build, so far I have come up with this but I am not sure about the motherboard.

MSI K8N SLI-F Socket 939 NVIDIA nForce4 SLI ATX AMD Motherboard - Retail

AMD Athlon 64 3000+ Newcastle 800MHz FSB Socket 754 Processor Model ADA3000BOX - Retail

Kingston ValueRAM 512MB 184-Pin DDR SDRAM DDR 400 (PC 3200) Unbuffered System Memory Model KVR400X64C3A/512 - Retail

ASUS Geforce 6800GT EN6800GT/2DT/256MB Video Card - Retail

one comaptibility issue. you can't have a socket 754 cpu with a socket 939 motherboard

Ok, I hadn't noticed. Well I think the Msi mobo isn't a reliable one so is there another better such as a ASUS?

The ASUS A8N SLI is a 939 socket SLI motherboard.

But you would (like mentioned above) need to get a 939 socket CPU.

If this is going to be for Gaming - you might want to consider 1GB of RAM rather than 512MB - that would yield a nice performance boost in games like Battle Field Two.
