Looks just fine. Are you planning on running SLI at some point? If so, then make sure that PSU is SLI-certified. If not, you don't need an SLI motherboard, so you could save some money. I'm assuming you have an OS, monitor, keyboard, all that other good stuff?

Yeah. I recently got a new monitor, a Samsung 930BF. Very pleased with that one.

The only thing that got me some headaches was the CPU. Dualcore or not?
I read some good reviews, so I thought I'd go for it.

Dual core will not help with gaming, so if that's what you are going to be spending most of your time doing, it may be better to get a faster single-core CPU for the same amount of money.

Not too much gaming going on here. My main concern is multi-tasking.
Dualcore is supposed to do the main trick there, right?

Yes, dual-core processors will help with multitasking, so if that is what you will be doing, that's a good choice.
