Honestly, we have no idea of what you "need" or what your price range is. Give us a budget and we can try and help you put together a good system within that budget. Currently, all I can gather is you want a gaming system.

I believe hes asking for the price range.
For BF2 and WOW... You can probably build a decent gaming rig for US1100-1500? That should handle those two games just fine. That price is only the "tower" and things within it. |

Post the specs of the towers your uncle is giving you when you get them, There will probably be stuff you can reuse in them, and one or both of them might actually be good enough for those games already.

Would suggest browsing the "build your own PC" forum, to get ideas of what parts people are using for builds in your price range. It can then be tailored to your specific wants. First important question to decide is Intel or AMD...this is very much a personal preference.

a minimun budget powerfull rig able to run bf2 an WoW well.....maybe $850+
athlon 64 3200+ - 3500+ asus a8n-Sli corsair xms ram geforce 6600gt PSU... that would work but maybe u will like to play the game at high setting and that video card isnt suitable for it so a 7800gt/gtx would work better but the price range is going to be higher so give us an idea on whats your price range. |

A SLI board is a waste of money unless you plan on doing SLI. XMS ram is also not necessary, value select is fine. BF2 needs the strongest video card you can afford, and 2 gigs of ram is not excessive.
