Everything looks great except that dual core processor, go with a 4000 instead.

The XMS RAM is overkill unless you plan on doing serious overclocking...Value Select works just as well.
Don't forget an OS. Win XP Home OEM is about $90

looks good except you might want to downgrade the cpu to a 4000 and perhaps get a 7800gtx instead. or put the savings in the bank.

gotta remember that everyone has there own taste. a lot of people love the Lian Li cases whereas I despise them (no offence to anyone). I like flashy cases with lots of lights. besides he is the one going to be looking at it everyday so its really his choice in the end.

Thermaltakes I feel are great cases. They're realiable and cooling is great, it also looks good while doing so.
Heres a nice one. cheaper too. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16811133132 or you can just search your own. XMS isn't necessary, value ram will do you the same perfomance, unless your into overclocking, but your not going to get much with overclocking anyways with a dual core. |

I think your setup is great. i wouldnt change anything. IMO, the 4400+ with the 7800GT is better than the other combo suggested.
That case is pretty cool. What way does the door open? sideways or up? |

Who cares what case someone chooses - its the power supply that matters, folks. A case is a case.

Thank You, I like the case because of how it looks, no other real important function that differes from case to case but apperance... About the RAM I think I'm going to go with the vallue RAM like you guys suggested and save me a few dollars
... Also I'm going to stick with the GT... Mainly because I have heard it only increase FPS by about 8 frames or so... Thanks everyone
