Where do this wires hook on my mobo?

Ok I need some help with some help hooking some wires to my mobo. You can see my manual for my mobo here.

http://www.ecs.com.tw/ECSWeb/Product...ailName=Manual

My problem is on LEG 1 I need to know where to hook my Mike Bias wire.

Next on USB 1 I need to know where the wires below go.
1 + VCC
1 Ground
1 - D
1 + D
2 + VCC
2 Ground
2 - D
2 + D

This is my first build and every thing works except the front USB ports. Also I have another question when I turn off the computer I have to flip the rear switch on the power supply off on the back on before I can turn the computer on from the front switch. Is that normal? Thanks for any help.

ECS P4IBMS (1.0B) motherboard, 2.7 Celeron Processor, ATX gaming case, Windows XP Pro, 160gig WD hard drive, 128 ATI-9200 AGP Graphics Accelerator, 512 Ram

You don't use LEG1 for front panel mic and speaker jacks. You use AUDIO1.

On USB1, use your 1 leads on the odd number pins, your 2 leads on the even number pins. VCC is VCC. Ground is ground. N is negative (-) and P is positive (+).
