As far as I know, all of th einfo that is in the book, is on the CD.

In my opinion, I like to have a reference library, I would get the book, 1 good scratch and a CD is useless....A book will most likely last a lot longer.

The Cd also has a bunch of diagnostics and utilities on it and is bootable.

The book has all the material that the CD does, with the exception of the diagnostics. You can find the diagnostics at http://www.ultimatebootcd.com/

I recommend the book because you aren't staring at a computer monitor for hours while reading it. That was the main reason we introduced the book format - so people could read it easier, and not have a computer sitting in front of them when doing so.

You won't be disappointed in buying either one. I've seen the content, and it has a massive amount of information that can guide you through every step of the way. Now, keep in mind that I work here... so my opinion may be biased, but I honestly recommend it very highly for new builders.

Thanks for all the Help. I just ordered the book. I like that money orders are okay. Some places want credit cards only. I don't like that kind of info on line
