Help me with my new desired mobo/graphics card setup!!!

Hey, in a matter of days i will be upgrading my computer...

i currently have 2 gigs 184pin corsair ram, asus an8 mobo non pci-e, 480watt power supply, radeonx800xt pe, 2 10000rpm hard drives, dvd player/cd burner/dvdburner, secondary dvd burner cd burning drive, my processor is amd fx-55.

NOW, i am looking to get this mother board: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813131584

and this power supply: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16817194004

and this graphics card: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814121553

I allready bought the graphics card.

Now my question is... If i want to go Crossfire, would i need 2 ausus x1900xtx graphics cards? will it fit in that motherboard?

thanks for looking!

-Mike

I think that you should go with a 7800 GTX GRaphics card with 512mb memory which I was reading today on Maximum PC

For Crossfire, you'll need a Radeon X1900XTX and a Radeon X1900 Crossfire. The second card will come with the connector cable you need for Crossfire. They are not simply two identical cards like Nvidia uses.

Pair these up and you'll be good to go:

I don't see why it wouldn't, the cards should be designed to work together regardless of manufacturer.
